2008 LEGAL INFORMATION LocalCareerFairs.com, ("COMPANY," "WE,"
"US") PROVIDE THIS WEB SITE AND ALL SITE-RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING THE CONTENT AND CODE RELATED
THERETO (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SITE"), SUBJECT TO YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. PLEASE
READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. By using the Site, you agree to
be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Site. This
Agreement is made between the Company and you, the Site visitor and/or registered user ("you",
"your company"). We reserve the right at any time to: - Change the terms and conditions
of this Agreement;
- Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Site,
restricting the hours of availability or limiting the amount of use permitted; or
- Change any fees or charges for
use of the Site, including instituting new or increased fees or charges for the use of the Site or any other Site-related
services or any feature thereof.
Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may
provide by any means including, without limitation, posting on the Site or via electronic mail. Your use of the Site after
such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity
with the most current version. Upon our request, you agree to sign a non-electronic version of this Agreement. You
must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site.
The "Register Your Company" tab above is the easiest
way to reserve your booth space. Online registration will not include any discounts offered, however registering online will
also help you avoid any additional fees involved in registering. All booth payments & Career Fair Guide Book Ads purchased
will be subject to a 15% service charge and table setup fee. This will be reflected in your invoice. Registering your company
also allows us to inform the public of your attendance using your company logos, titles, etc. If you are unable to attend
an event which you are registered for, your booth registration may be rolled over to the next event under the following conditions:
Registration cancellations must be received a minimum of 60 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this deadline
will be subject to the "no show" policy. Cancellations made before 60 days will be subject to a 50% refund with
no future credit. Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. If
an event is changed of canceled, your company will be given a credit to be used at future events unless cancellation is due
to nature or other Act of God outside the Local Career Fairs.com's control. LocalCareerFairs.com does not guarantee guest
attendance for any of our event. If a representative from the your company is not able to attend, your company is still responsible
for payment and no further credit will be given. All sales are final on multiple event purchases and payment for all future
events must be received according to the terms above. Any legal remedies will be resolved under the laws of the State of Indiana,
and the purchasing company (your company) will be responsible for all court cost, attorney fees, and other cost incurred as
a result of cancellation efforts for non payment. No Show Policy: Job Fair "no shows"
forfeit their entire registration fee and materials, and are not eligible to roll the registration package over to another
event. To avoid being considered a no show, please cancel before the deadline. No shows are not entitled to transfers or refunds
at any time.
