Master of Science in Nursing
The 39-credit hour program
provides a solid foundation of nursing core concepts, advanced clinical concepts and advanced role preparation in leadership
or education. Full-time and part-time options are available. Two, three-day summer intensive experiences allow students to
meet face-to-face, experience the campus atmosphere and build on the educational process
Online
- classes enroll in the Spring semester each year.
Advanced role courses will include content in
the areas of finance, human resources, management/leadership, organizational behavior, strategic planning, legal and ethical
issues and economics.
Education Track:
Advanced role courses will include content in the areas of program and
curriculum development, classroom and clinical strategies, evaluation techniques and critical and analytical thinking skills.
