FOR EMPLOYERS
1) Who sponsors
this fair?
11 colleges and universities in Maryland work collaboratively to sponsor the Central Maryland College
Career Fair. A representative from each college career center participates on the steering committee and works on site at
the fair. The sponsors include: College of Notre Dame of Maryland, Coppin State University, Goucher College, Johns Hopkins University, Loyola College of Maryland, Mc Daniel College, Morgan State University, Mount St. Mary's University, Towson University, University of Baltimore and University of Maryland, Baltimore County
2) Who attends the fair?

11 consortium institutions attend and in addition students from over 30 other colleges and universities.
3) When should I plan to leave the fair?
The fair is heavily advertised from 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Please
remain at the fair until 3:30 p.m. to ensure that you connect with the largest number of candidates. Many candidates attend
the fair around their class and work schedules and make plans to attend the fair later in the day. Employer Gifts: Offered
as a drawing and an incentive to stay until the very end of the fair we offer gift certificates for $200, $100, $50 MasterCard
Gift Cards. You must be present to win.
4) What can I expect to happen at the fair?
Most employers talk individually to candidates about their job openings, career opportunities and the hiring process. Many
provide information about company benefits, relocation information, and the communities in which they live and work. Candidates
are there to get information, market their skills and identify contacts for future correspondence. Many will drop off resumes
and follow up with you later.
5) If I make a mistake on the information I input about my company
and realize it later, how do I correct it?
You may access your profile at any time by using your ID and password.
However, keep in mind that your profile will be downloaded into the job fair directory on January 25th, 2008. This version
will be published; therefore all editing should be completed by January 25th!

pay by credit card, where can I mail a check? To whom is it payable?

Parking is available in the Towson
Center lots. There will be an attendant available from 8:00am - 10:30am at the unloading area in the Towson Center lot # 21
to give out complimentary hang tags for your car. Anyone who arrives after that time will need to purchase a parking coupon
from the pay station in lot # 21 or # 13. Towson Center parking is $6 for the day. Please be advised it can take over an hour
to unload materials, find a parking space, and come back to the Towson Center to set up your booth. To increase your chance
of getting a prime parking space, and having enough time to be ready to greet students at 10am, we strongly recommend that
you arrive no later than 9am. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. For a campus parking map, please visit http://www.towson.edu/adminfinance/auxservices/designcenter/images/Campusmap_PARKING.pdf
In order to maximize student turnout we offer our career events during peak student hours. Combined
with an intense construction schedule, parking is more limited then it has been in the past. Therefore, regardless
of the number of attending recruiters, we are only able to offer 2 parking passes per company. We strongly encourage
carpooling since spaces are not reserved. Arriving before 9am ensures the best chance of finding a parking space in close
vicinity to the fair. Thank you for your understanding.
8) If I have questions, whom should
I call?
Most questions can be answered by reviewing the website, but if you can't find the answer to your specific
