The College is governed by a board of trustees. The president of the College provides administrative leadership, along with an executive vice president, academic
vice president, vice president of institutional advancement, chief fiscal officer, chief information officer, and a dean for each academic division. Additionally, numerous administrative units and offices work to
provide support for the success of Cincinnati State and its students.
