TITLE: All
clerk level positions
BASIC PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:
Provides courteous, personalized
service to customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic
customer awareness with an emphasis on fast, friendly and courteous customer service.
Responsible for performing all job duties and responsibilities with honesty and integrity.
Other necessary and required duties are different for each department.
SKILLS, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ability to be
friendly, courteous, tactful, and maintain composure in dealing with customers and co-workers.
Ability to
stand for long periods of time, walk and move rapidly, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. Manual dexterity
and good eye-hand coordination are necessary.
Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion
of work activities.
